Welcome, Adventurer!

Here’s a few tips and frequently asked questions about Adventure Bay to help you on your quest to greatness.

Q: I tapped on my friend’s ship that was showing a barrel icon, and saw +1 Mystery Chest — what’s up with that?

A: After helping out a friend, you will see message stating “+1 Mystery Chest”. These chests are awarded to you after your friend fully completes their quest, and will show up on your island’s shore.

Mystery Chests award you both XP and Coins and are a great way to help your friends get more moves while adventuring, too!

Q: What are with the boats that are docked at my island?

A: The boats that are docked at your island are the three most recent players to visit your island. If you don’t have many Adventure Bay friends, visiting these players and adding them as friends is a great way to connect with active players.

Q: Sometimes I see a blowing wind icon over my ship when it is enroute to a quest — why’s that?

A: Whenever you see the blowing wind icon, tap on it to bring up the quest progress map. Then, tap on the blowing wind icon again to speed up your ship’s progress to the quest destination! This option becomes available multiple times per quest, so keep an eye out.

Use it to accomplish more, faster!

    Well....still playing...I guess I will go down with the ship!  I am not sure who is still here, but it sure is a let down to try to buy from people who have given up.  Wish there was a site to let me know who is still here.  Anyone still out there????????? grams11

    Thanks to everyone who is stilling hanging in there on this game while we are waiting for updates....Been here awhile and have never seen a bait worm.  Anyone still here that can tell me the secret that I am missing? :)

  • You can get bait worms from someone ordering from your bait shop, but you are more likely to get a pirate hook. And no one would bother placing an order at your bait shop because they are just going to get a crappy pirate hook.

    Thanks for the reply.  I guess that is why I have never gotten one. :)  Maybe you can answer another question.  If you are in the middle of accepting an offer or delivering an order and you are kicked off, do you fail to deliver or accept or does it go on through?  I am on often enough that I would never intentionally not deliver.  I crash at least 5 to 10 times per game play and I figure it is because someone else visits or I am trying to visit while they are signed on....just a thought.

  • I'm guessing that it goes through. I rarely don't get things I order, unless the person has flat out stopped playing, and with as much as this game will just up and quit, I think that unfulfilled orders would be more common if they didn't go through. But I really don't know. You'll have to let me know if you get a bait worm from the order I placed at your bait shop.

    They added a banner for 20% off Memorial Day weekend, but can't add new content, nor do they have the courtesy to tell us why. But they can ask for money? If the game is dead, why the banner? How totally greedy and unprofessional.
